On Tuesday night a couple of my closest girlfriends and I went to see #IMOMSOHARD comedy show. It was absolutely hilarious and the perfect girls night out! Originally we planned to grab dinner out beforehand but trying to coordinate what time three dads would be home to take over was quite the task. After several texts back and forth that afternoon, I told them just to head on over whenever they could and I’ll have dinner and wine for us. We got back from East Texas a couple days before so it looked like a bomb went off in our house and the fridge was empty. I knew I couldn’t worry about the mess but I needed to make sure I had something yummy for us to eat and plenty of wine!

How to Host an Impromptu Girls Night:

I kept it simple with disposable plates, napkins and flatware to make cleanly up a breeze.

I absolutely love hosting friends around our table but between juggling work and mom life, I barely have time to cook dinner for Trent and I.
