I’m so excited to finally share the photos of the Honeybook Houston Launch Party a few weeks ago! It was such an amazing collaboration between a group of very talented local vendors. If you’re not familiar with Honeybook, it organizes jobs and simplifies tasks for creative businesses so we can focus on what we do best, being creative! In addition to the online platform, Honeybook believes in the power of connecting face to face and educating creative entrepreneurs to help grow their businesses. The launch party kicked off Honeybook’s local presence and my role as the Houston city director. For the next year I’ll get to plan fun and educational events in our creative community, something I’ve become really passionate about since becoming a Rising Tide Society leader last August. If you’re interested in learning more about Honeybook or RTS, please fill out a contact form, I’d love to meet you!
Okay, back to the party! The theme was southern brunch (who doesn’t love breakfast for dinner??) and the whole venue overflowed with amazing details. I made the dessert table and photo booth backdrops and temporarily dyed my hands/feet blue in the process but I love how both turned out so it was worth it! One of my favorite details of the party was the wooden wall that Jessica and her husband built with the hexagon details, it was so cool and served as the backdrop during the educational portion of the evening. It was such a treat to have two of the RTS co-founder’s and my friends, Krista and Davey Jones all the way from Annapolis to share their knowledge on branding. Be sure to check out the list of all the amazing vendors and sponsors mentioned below that made this beautiful party happen!
