I consider pizza a stand alone food group and would probably eat it on a daily basis if I could…anyone else with me?! But unfortunately I’ve come to terms with the fact that I don’t have the metabolism of a 22 year old anymore so our Sunday Pizza Night tradition has become monthly instead of weekly. I’m always looking for healthier snacks to fulfill my pizza with a side of ranch craving, especially on the weekends. When I tasted Harvest Snaps‘ Tomato Basil flavor I immediately thought of pizza. The crispy snaps dipped in a lightened version of classic ranch are the perfect snack alternative and a lot less calories! The dip is really simple to make and perfect to throw together when you have impromptu guests or are craving pizza during movie night.
Greek Yogurt Parmesan Ranch Dip
1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
1 1/2 cup fat free plain greek yogurt
2 tablespoons of skim milk
1 tablespoon of grated parmesan cheese
I put together this little step-by-step video of how to make it, see below! After you combine all the ingredients in a bowl, place in the fridge for 30 minutes to set. Serve with Harvest Snaps Tomato Basil Flavor baked crisps.
