Helping you celebrate every day colorfully. My mission? To make party-throwing a piece of cake!

I know there are plenty of sweet gift ideas floating around this time of year so I decided to give savory snacks a little love with this easy gift idea! I always like to give something small but thoughtful to our neighbors during the holidays but don’t always have time to bake homemade treats. This savory snack mix is super easy to throw together when you’re in a pinch.
I used the same fillable acrylic ornaments for DIY snow globes last year and I was so excited to repurpose them in a new way using my favorite savory snack, Harvest Snaps! I created this Sriracha snack mix a few months ago and was ready to shake things up again with a holiday inspired snack mix! The festive touches require a little bit of imagination – the dried cranberries are red, Harvest Snaps and pistachios are green and the Bugles kind of look like Santa hats.
SAVORY SNACK MIX
Fills 6 large ornaments
2 cups black pepper flavored Harvest Snaps (or any flavor)
2 cups white cheddar popcorn
1 1/2 cups of shelled pistachios
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup of Bugles
The recipe is pretty self explanatory, you mix all the ingredients together in bowl then you’ll fill the ornaments, snap them shut and tie the ribbon at the top. The ornaments are air tight so you can even make a large batch of the mix and keep the ornaments on hand for easy gifting.
Thank you Harvest Snaps for making this post possible!
