Hey y’all! As you a very aware, a couple of weeks ago my home town of Houston and many other cities across Texas were devastated by one of the worst winter storms the state has ever seen. And even though a few weeks have passed since this catastrophic event, there are still so so many people in Houston that are struggling. So, if you’re wondering how to help Houston, here are some great organizations you can contribute to.
Providing emergency animal transports for animals in need. As well as emergency vet care.
Delivers free meals directly to the homes of hungry children.
Dedicated to helping disaster stricken individuals in need in Texas and the gulf coast area.
Aiding individuals and furry friends.
Accepting financial support to get meals and supplies out to people in need.
Providing warm meals to those in need and on the ground in Houston, Dallas, and Austin.
Non-profit home repair ministry available to assist those in need, on the ground, helping with frozen and burst pipes.
Creating a village of support for children in foster care and their caregivers.
That’s it! A little bit can go a long way. So if you are in a position where you can help in any way, know that it will be greatly appreciated.
